Attached please find the draft of our February meeting minutes and a draft of an ordinance that would amend Cherry Hill's existing off street parking requirements zoning ordinance to provide for bicycle parking spaces.
The only reference I could find in the existing zoning code is in Section 2408 (Impervious Surface Reduction), subpart "c(11)" which provides that "Alternative programs that may be considered by the Planning Board under this provision include, but are not limited to, the following:" and the last item on the list (11) is "Bicycle parking facilities." This provision is not a requirement and thus should also probably be deleted as part of the amendment, but probably doesn't matter since it is not a requirement.
Please send me any corrections, additions, or comments on the draft minutes or the draft of the proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance.
