I can not get OnyxLoader.exe to run.

I can not get OnyxLoader.exe to run. I have tried installing it on two different windows 7 computers with no luck. Can someone please tell me what I am missing or doing incorrectly?
 
I installed the following :
Onyx_firmware_loader_v0_5.exe
CDM20824_Setup.exe
vcredist_x86.exe
vcredist_x64.exe

I get the following error when I try and run the Onyx loader:

    -> There is a Windows as well as a Mac app for the Onyx - and if you upgrade to 12.26 or later, you can then just upgrade using the Wizkers Chrome app on Mac or Windows pretty much automatically (https://goo.gl/DgLqXH for the Chrome store link).
