Assembly questions/comments for bGZ

I couldn't find assembly instructions, and I have some questions...

1. What are the headers with two pieces of plastic for? I assume they're supposed to act as risers, but for which parts? Safepulse?

2. It looks like the Safepulse has only five connections that line up with holes in the PCB. Is that correct?

3. There is an adhesive padabout the same size as the GPS. Is that what it's for? In the photographs it appears that the GPS unit is ABOVE the USB charger, so the pad wouldn't be in contact with anything.

4. The drilled holes for the charge USB interface are quite a bit off - I had to bend the pins quite a bit to get it to fit, and it doesn't really sit down properly.

5. What is the rectangular 3M VHB adhesive pad for? It looks as though it might fit the wireless charging pad. If s, is it connected to the outside of the black polymer liner of the Pelican case?
