Trouble uploading from Drive app

Hello,
I have been posting my vacation drives a few segments at a time and there are a couple of files that cause trouble:
1) one file just stalls when uploading. The green "SENDING..." button stays on and I never get the "Thanks" pop-up. I have tried several times: with and without WiFi; shutting down the app and restarting; shutting down the phone and restarting it. It just stalls...
I exported the CSV, the file is 1,422 lines long, and it doesn't look corrupted. The CSV file is available on request.
2) One file (upload ID 30393) reports 0 measurements, yet it has 225 lines, and the map display is correct. I submitted it with a comment. 
I can do some further troubleshooting steps and beta testing, if that helps.
Moto E 2nd Gen, Android 6.0 (patch level Dec 1, 2016).

  Hi Louis,

    Sometimes the API can get pretty slow, I submitted half a dozen drives this afternoon, and response time went from 5 seconds to nearly 30 seconds, but always eventually worked out. How long did you wait when sending the drive?

    If you can share the "0 measurements" drive with me by direct email, this will help me find out what's going on too,
