My mother-in-law collects Fiestaware and she gave us some that we've got here in the house. Most of it is not too excessive but this plate gave the piezo a workout.

Yep, 2kCPM is not big deal for Fiestaware. I just tried bGeigie Nano
#2046 (firmware 1.2.7) on my dish and... discovered an overflow bug at
high rates :-) Hopefully I'll track it later.
My Inspector shows about 36 kCPM (1 min run) at contact.
