to create a website and a podcast of SafeHarbor.  Brad and I bought SafeHarborTV.org and are going to be doing a bunch of webby anyway.  I am really intrested in seeing how this new type of distribution can work for our videos.  The way it would work is that once a week we would send out a project and a couple of bumpers to everyone who has subscribed and make the videos available in several podcasting directories and on SafeHarborTV.org once they are aired.  In the spirit of SafeHarbor, the point is to try this stratgey and see how it works and to get more people viewing our work.

We have the tapes and are capturing soon.  Anyone that I don't hear from, we will not distribute your videos in this way.
