Our janamastami Campaign....

I went to Sydney and the temple president there was very sweet. He
allowed me full freedom to mingle and give out flyers. Sukla Mataji
helped me. It was inspiring and a lot of Indians and vaishnavs were
very fired up. We got to speak the glories of vrindavan all night
long.....A lot of the signatures have been flowing in from that time.

My son Bhisma went to Melbourne temple and he also got a very nice
response and treatment from Aniruddha Prabhu and the devotees there.
Bhisma took a note pad and told people that if they liked he could
enter their names on their behalf on to the website. They signed for
this. He got 250 signatures that way plus gave out many flyers with
the help of several other devotees. He said that many Indians were
telling him that it was a hopeless cause and nothing could be done as
the corruption was to rife in India and noone cared for the culture
any longer there. They also said that that was the reason they had
chosen to settle abroad. They told him he was naive..He was a little
disheartened and sad that they felt that way about India, since we
love it so much....

Any way it seems that this method is good for getting signatures. I
have people in India who are willing to do it. The Bombay thing did
not happen and the USA thing also not. Don't quite know what happened.
I was under the impression people were going to do things in those
places, but what to do? I appreciate any small contribution from
anyone in this project. I will travel to those places myself if need
be in the future.

My elder son is in UK trying to drum up support and it remains to be
seen what will be the results there. I still may travel there myself
also.

I can only appeal to you all that radhastami is around the corner and
it is a good time to promote. There will be huge crowds of people who
are devotees in one place. I hope you will feel inspired to do the
needful. Please try to give out flyers and tell everyone send the
website link far and wide get people to consent on notebooks and enter
the signatures yourself. Please, Lila will not be the only person who
suffers if we dont try to make a difference.

The flyers I sent to Spain are still caught in customs. I'm hoping
they will be released for this weekend by grace of Ashish and
Viria.......

I will keep pushing until we reach our goal. I have set up flyers and
a book to sign in my resturant and preaching centre and am
distributing flyers in my shops. My staff members came up with the
idea of putting one in each bag as they make sales. So we will keep
pushing, nothing good comes at a cheap price. If you can think of any
way to promote from your side, please keep us posted.
