Thankyou so much Ekendra Dasa,
Here is the wording of the order for all of you to assimilate of which
I am very proud. I think it must be a first...no one has dared to
stand up before against all the abuse here.
It is as follows:
'(Under article 226 of the constitution of India)
Petitioner
Susan Manning w/o Ian John Salter
r/o Surfers Paradise Australia
versus
1. State of U.P. through home secretary at Lucknow
2. S.S.P. Mathura, district-mathura.
3. Stationhouse officer, Vrindavan, mathura Dist-Mathura
to
Section High Court Allabhad
The humble application of the abovesaid applicant most
respectfully..........................
On the next date of listing learned AGA will file a counter affidavit
detailing all the nessecary facts regarding the murder of daughter of
the petitioner. SSP mathura will appear before this court in person to
intimate us as to why a foriegner has come to this country and been
done to death and the murder has been taken so lightly. The matter
will come up on the foresaid date.....................

This petition will come up again on the 3rd July.
So this legal action in the court was very necessary because the SSP
of mathura showed disregard for us and our childs murder to such an
extent that he was ignoring repeated letters from the Australian High
Comission asking for the post mortem results, amongst various other
unjust behaviour shown towards my family.
Now he is required to hand over EVERYTHING pertaining to the case not
just post mortem. So he has until 3rd July to do a proper
investigation eg who owned murder weapon etc. etc. He has to go all
the way to Allahbad, all a situation of his own making and totally
unnecessary....
Unbelievable that they can make the victims feel as if they are
responsible. He never approached our family once to see if we were ok,
even though there were threats being made by the murderers brother
towards my family and we were the innocent victims of a henious and
indescribably tragic crime.
My extended family and my husbands in Australia see India in a very
bad light because of this behaviour of local so called authorities. It
is a shame because we have been the greatest defenders and promoters
of India for the last 20 odd years....
The reason for this action is not only because we want to know the
investigation has been done properly, but also because if we had
allowed them to get away with this behaviour then it would appear to
them that they can do anything to the devotees here and no action will
be taken. Another person, not as strong as me would have had
difficulty enduring what i went through from the lies perpetrated by
the so called law in the media in India to the disregard for our
suffering and safety. I want to ensure that they never put any of us
devotees of Krishna through this again! Just asking for them to act
humanely at least and do their jobs without corruption or favouritism
towards the criminals.
They have no respect for the devotees and very little regard for
foriegners in general. The only police I encountered in my case did
not speak my language and then they gave me a clear impression that
they thought my daughter was somehow to blame for her own rape and
murder....
Lets see if the post mortem was corrupt. The evidence of her rape was
seen clearly by others during her several days of life in two
prominent hospitals and them here in MVT and they are witnesses. I
wonder if the authorities have not even gone to the extent of covering
up this. Yet to be seen.......
They seem to have some sort of gruge against us foriegners. There is a
stigma attached to us, especially our women...
The entire purpose of this group is to protect the devotees in the
future so they are well treated and safe in Vrindavan.
I pray with all my heart and soul to Srimati Raharani and Sri Krishna
that no devotee has to go through this here again and that They bless
us to be able to bring about some positive change,
