Hello, we are currently experiencing a problem with our main office printer, it is a toshiba estudio 6560c. Some/all PDF documents are getting stuck in queue causing the entire spooler service to essentially crash, not allowing any jobs below it to print until someone cancels the PDF job. This is occurring for multiple users with various PDF docs.

We have tried loading the toshiba universal v2 driver and the default driver that is generally loaded with the printer (don't remember what its called off the top of my head). Also tried reinstalling the printer on each device and of course rebooting the printer itself. None of these solved the issue.
