Herewith I am sharing Zip file of Android ADT Bundle for Windows x86.

Follow the steps
1.Download the File
2.Extract the file
3.Open eclipse from eclipse folder.
4.Create new android project.
5.Give a name for your project and click next, everything by with default option and finish.
6. Go to menu Windows-> Android Virtual Device Manager-> New-> ...
7. Launch the application. this will take little time.
8. Right click on project from project manager ( left panel ) -> run as android application.

Your Hello world application should run on the Emulator u have launched.

Open

Google Drive: Have all your files within reach from any device.
