Earl and I met this past Sunday and we want to have another meeting of the committee of 12(or more) to discuss strategy and new action plans.
The following dates are available for the private room at Shackleford's:
Mon Oct 17,Wed Oct 19, Thur Oct 20, Mon Oct 24 and Wed Oct 26. The sooner the better. Please let me know your availability on these dates ASAP. I can make all 5 dates.
Agenda items:
1. What's happening at the house. I saw 2 ladders up the front of the house last week, so something else is happening. ACTION- Ed Gilkey, can you scope out what's going on?
2. Review number of proxy votes already submitted. And review by class who hasn't voted yet. ACTION- Class coordinators please let me know votes cast before
meeting. I have already heard from Herb Cover.
3. Discuss strategy for expanding our voting reach. ACTION- Think about any close contacts you have with classes beyond 1972.
Please advise about your availability for meeting at Shackleford's. We want as many founders to attend as possible.

The Board has decided to schedule the House Corporation Annual Meeting and Board elections for the weekend of the Hampden-Sydney football game, November 12, 2011, at 12 Noon, at the SAE Fraternity House in Ashland.
Current nominees for board positions include the following brothers. (The first 5 on the list are currently serving on the board.) You are permitted to submit your proxy vote to me by November 9th at 11:59 p.m., but are highly encouraged to attend the meeting in person. Additional nominations may be made at the meeting.
