TEAM- Here's the list of the brothers(attached) who haven't voted yet with their proxy. Please note that some of you picked up new names to contact.
There are 37 potential votes here. Please follow up to get 100% of your personal list to vote. A one to one personal note to them or a phone call may motivate
them to vote. All they have to do is cut and paste the nominations and a couple of email addresses. Give it your best shot!!

The fraternity is doing the annual voting for the Directors for the Phi Alpha/SAE House Corporation. You are part of the founding brothers of our
VA ALPHA chapter and we need your immediate support and action. The slate we have nominated consists of past
leaders and founding brothers of VA Alpha Chapter of SAE. We want to get more involved with the chapter we founded and
that is on currently on social probation from the college. Our main objective is to strengthen the relationship between SAE and the college.
The time to vote has been extended from Homecoming to Hampden-Sydney weekend Nov 12. Please send your proxy vote in by the end of this month to brother

I thought I had sent this. I have not seen anything from them and if don't see anything today I am going to call them in the morning.

I apologize I meant to send this yesterday and forgot. I e-mailed Art Whiting and Clay Shelton yesterday so hopefully they will respond soon.
