I am out of town thru Nov 13 and therefore will not be in attendance for the meeting on Sat.  I will be attending the Monday meeting at Shacklefords.  Do you know the regular monthly meeting schedule of the fraternity?  I would like to plug that into my calendar so I can attend the meetings.

TEAM- We are planning to meet at 630 to discuss post-election activities. Please let me know
if you are attending for restaurant headcount.

I am working on a note to everyone right after the elections, if we win.
I'll try and get out an agenda after Saturday about the officers and committees we discussed at the last meeting.
I think I have enough input about the financial situation along with actions for brotherhood and house
maintenance activities. I'll get more specific after Saturday.

ON Saturday, I will be prepared to make comments at the House Corp meeting at noon, before
and/or after voting and results are given. Kevin White will be presiding. I know of about 10 alum, probably
more, from recent years who want to meet us at the meeting and who want to get involved going forward.

I would encourage as many older alum as possible to attend the meeting and the game.
I know that Gaylord as will Herb Cover and Dennis Newcomb are planning to be there.
Not sure about others but a show of strength would be great.
We will meet at 1130am in parking lot in front of SAE house.

I'm still seeing proxies sent to Kevin voting for our slate, so keep it going. Of the 69
living brothers on the SAE409 mailing list, we have 47 known proxies, that's 68% have voted.
There are still 22 founding brothers that have not voted.
