Action from DEC 1st meeting at Padow's Celebrity Room

House Loans- Mac got all loan info and documents from Jimmy and Doug.
1. Line of credit- deed of trust for group of 69 loans- Principle is $44.5 with 7% interest accruing.
2. Loan with Union Bank- Mac will contact bank. Was suggested to get Jim Kelly involved.
ACTION: Mac and his committee will review financing options. Mac will also develop with Doug a proposed budget for coming year.
Inspection Report- Bill Sprinkle and Jimmy reviewed the current inspection report(Jan 2011). In last 12 months with the James Favor Ins Co. there have
been a number of certified letters back and forth with Jimmy and also letters threatening to cancel policy. Seems to be lots bubbling
under the surface here.
ACTION: Bill will investigate current report with the Insurance Co. Bill will also set up a new inspection ASAP by an independent engineer.
True Gentlemen Scholarships: Doug reviewed the 3 current scholarships. 2 brothers get 50% of rent because of high grades.
Another brother gets 50% off rent as a student athlete. Sounds like a strong tradition goes on.
Total SAE Alumni Mailing List- Herb has just about completed the merging of multiple mailing list. ACTION: A separate broadcast will
be sent out when it's complete. Herb has been communicating with John Chandler to refine the list.
Next meeting Monday at Shackleford's 630pm on DEC 5th. Let me know if you are attending.
I also have an appearance scheduled at DEC 4 Chapter meeting only if other HC Board members can make it.
