BILL and MAC-- I have just set up a Thursday night DEC1st meeting with Jimmy Price and Doug Baxter. I cc'd you on my confirmation.
Doug has the last inspection report that he bringing with him. I talked to Jimmy last night and he gave me a history of the last
inspection, done Nov 2010. The history has lots of twists and turns and Jimmy will try to get us up to speed on it in
person. Jimmy is also bringing some other files with him on finances that we can review.
I hope you can make this meeting(Mac has confirmed he'll be there). I have the private room at Padow's Celebrity Room at
Gaskins and Broad(West End). YES, the Celebrity Room!! If you go on line you can read about the CR history that goes back to Gus Serafim
in the 1960's and 70's. We'll see if the pizza is the same.
Anyone on the copy list that can make the meeting should let me know by return email. I've talk to Herb Cover and Mac Alfriend and they'll be there.
Herb's been refining the master address list and will give us an up-date.

Earl,
When I requested information on the House to get an estimate for a professional inspection, I neglected to request the year of construction. That will tell us, and the Fire Marshal, which Code to use.
So I will need year of construction, square feet, number of floors, number of rooms, basement or crawl space, attic, occupancy or use group, and zoning classification.
