Actions;
1. Earl Johnson to contact Rodney Jefferson to understand voting and proxy process.

2. Earl and Bob Stanton to meet with Rodney and get proper documents.(meeting on Sept 29 noon).

3. Stanton co-ordinate mailing list distribution for follow-up on proxies and collection of same. A class
coordinator will be selected to follow up with their classmates.

The board election procedure:From meeting with Earl J, Bob S and Rodney J.

- Kevin White (RMC SAE  alum and lawyer) will send out request for nominations via email about a month
before the annual meeting of the House Corp(all SAE alum from RMC). Probably around mid-Sept(Earl will try and pin this down).

- Kevin will send a letter, via email,  with all the nominations out to House Corp members, requesting votes for 5 of the nominations. Kevin will collect and tally the
votes and present at the House Corp meeting at Homecoming. Location and time of meeting yet to be determined.

- List of candidates as determined from last meeting- Earl Johnson, Gaylord Ray, Bob Stanton, Barklie Zimmerman and Pete Worthington. Each of these people,
should they be elected, will need a team to back them up to spread the work around and attend meetings. Think about which team you'd like
to serve on. We'll figure this out after the elections.

You will get an email from your SAE class coordinator when it's time to submit votes. Right around mid-Sept we think.  Stay tuned.
