Brothers-
I'm not sure if this information can be of any use but I found out that PHI KAPPA SIGMA when they got in trouble(for what ever reason) they ended up selling their house to the college for $ 1 with the proviso of getting it back when they could repopulate. Their alumni actively helped recruit this past spring and they are repopulating the house. (After at least 4 years of having various groups-Internationals,theatre, gypsies,Brothers 4 Change,flash mobs...etc. use the facility)
This gives the college more 'insight' as what goes on inside the house than perhaps a House Corporation might want but thats how it worked for them.
It appears that some work has been done recently at 109(at least 2 days worth).

I nearly got hit by Jimmy Price as he drove into 109's backdrive(followed by at least 2 other cars) probably 2 weeks ago(maybe longer) . They were working on the downstairs -though I don't know precisely- the pool table appears to be on the front porch.Will be back on the job Monday- try to get more info.

While you're substituting an 'm' for the 's' in your name, it might make sense to replace the 'o' following the 'm' with an 'a' - and, just as an afterthought, aren't there two 'n's on the end rather than one?

Auf Deutsch, there would be 2 'n's at the end, but apparently the immigrant contingent couldn't spell either, so there is only one 'n'. Regarding the 'o' which I had overlooked, I rather like the island sound of 'Zimmermon', Mon! Great to hear from you Herr Noe. Incidentally,  I'll be glad to pick you up to go to Shackelford's if you could make it...everyone would love to see you. Just let me know.

Big Al- I checked out 109 this morning and the entire first floor appears to have been refinished.
The pool table and those band riser things that were in the northeast front room are on the porch.
Definitely some work been goin' on. Maybe the word is on the street !!
