Director Global PreSales: Global presales team is based in Hyderabad and Pune India. The team works with presales teams in all regions (Americas, Europe and Asia). The team members work across a diverse set of TIBCO products Integration, Analytics, BPM and collaborate with the global teams in different opportunities. The work is diverse ranging from preparing proposals for customers, developing custom demos that leverage TIBCO products, execute proof of concepts for TIBCO products, do competitive analysis and provide recommendations.
The Role: At least 10 Years’ experience in enterprise technologies and understanding of Integration, Analytics, Process Management and other markets. Excellent Communication, relationship management skills. In this role you will need to work with different management cultures and actively promote the skillsets within the team. Build a brand for the team globally. Career background should have demonstrated Hands on understanding of at least some of the enterprise technologies like Integration, Analytics, BPM, BigData etc. Willingness to travel for short duration to different locations worldwide. Location: Hyderabad (Experience: 10+ years)
CloudOps Engineers: Strong in Python, Shell scripting and Java or C++ Experience with Linux and linux based operating systems. Experience in Jenkins, Team City, Bamboo, Travis CI, virtualization, LXC and container technologies: Docker, Vagrant, CoreOs, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt. BS with 5+ or MS with 3+ years industry. Location: Pune (Experience: 2-9 years)
Solutions Architect, PSG Managed Services: TIBCO PSG Global Delivery is the most experienced TIBCO consulting organization in the world and its mission is to ensure our customers’ success. Role is Solutions Architect, PSG for Managed Services. Hands on experience as well as demonstrated thought leadership in SaaS, PaaS, Cloud and Big Data / Analytics and Managed Services. Well versed in Industry trends in SaaS, PaaS, Cloud, Big Data / Analytics and Managed Services. Deep experience and knowledge in TIBCO products. Deep experience in Managed services design and delivery. Pre-Sales experience as well as services delivery experience. Ability to mentor customer, partner, and internal personnel in defining and delivering high quality TIBCO Solutions. 8+ years Professional on-site enterprise application implementation experience, preferably CRM, ERP, or Data Warehouse. Must have the ability to travel internationally, as needed, up to 50%. Location: Pune (Experience: 10+ years)
Manager Internal Audit: Chartered Accountant (mandatory) or equivalent including CPA/Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Detailed understanding of the auditing standards (USGAAP & IGAAP) and various applicable statues such as the Indian Companies Act, SOX 404 etc. Excellent knowledge of IT business operations and risk-based auditing attained through 4 to 6 years of progressive work experience with a focus on internal audit, financial risk and regulatory requirements. Experience in working Big 4 and/or in an US based multinational internal audit function is highly desired. Location: Pune (Experience: 4+years)
UI Developers/ Architects: Advanced experience with Web-UI development using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS, JQuery, Node.js. Backend development with GO, NodeJS and Java. Experience with virtualization and container technology such as Docker and VirtualBox. Experience with API and integration spaces. Ability to work in a fast paced Agile development and rapid deployment of a cloud development organization. Experience building cross-browser solutions with high scalability. Java Developer: Hands-on programming skills in Java and progressive responsibility in software lifecycle, design, and implementation of user interfaces and software systems. Knowledge of object-oriented design, programming concepts, modular and component design, multi-threaded design patterns in Java, Algorithms, Data Structures, Network Protocols(TCP, UDCP, HTTP) and RDBMS. Strong development skills in JAVA with working knowledge of OOAD principles and design patterns. Expertise with either of the Keyskills: Go Lang/ Eclipse/ XML/ SOAP & REST/ Multithreading/ C++. TIBCO Technical Architect: Establish and lead the TIBCO projects technically. Lead large-scale integration efforts involving the entire TIBCO product suite giving direction to systems integration partners, client and PSG resources. These projects should include the full integration lifecycle from POC to production. Take ownership and responsibility to deliver a complete solution. Participate on requirements gathering, lead architecture discussions, complete documentation of the solution architecture and the demo scenarios to enable consultants to implement projects on TIBCO technology. Work as an Architect on TIBCO SOA or MDM or BPM or BO (BE/GI) based application development projects. Analyze requirements; provide architectural directions, guiding/mentoring and leading development team. Delivering quality solution (technical) & Working on Client Proposals, Estimation etc. Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune (Experience 10+ years)
