Hi folks,
Looks like all our hacking at the BioHackathon has made the Carleton
University server hosting the Bio2RDF data and SPARQL endpoints
unresponsive. I've asked somebody to hit the reset button, but this
could take a while.
Our plan at the hackathon was to load Bio2RDF and EBI data into an
amazon server. We'll push on that now, but do let us know which
datasets are a priority for you.

Best,

m.

Hi all,
The server has been rebooted, and thankfully, came back online. The
SPARQL endpoints are coming back online as well, but some of the big
ones e.g. PubMed - may have to wait until we migrate to another server
(or ideally the NCBI provides it!)
Anyways, we'll be seeking funding to develop a new, cloud-based
platform for linked data for the life sciences. Please send me an
email if you're interested in participating in its development, or
would find it useful to deploy your own instance of linked data.
Cheers!
