I am getting the attached error when i tryquerying (https://code.google.com/p/bionlp-sadi/w/lis) through SHARE (http://cbakerlab.unbsj.ca:8080/cardioSHARE-bionlp-sadi/) . This is not the issue with a specific project. We have three  SHARE  running for different projects and all are generating the same error. Is there any global level issue. I viewed the logs but could not get any clue.

This error seems to be global since all our SHARE clients produce the same error. Recently they worked fine.

I've been noticing the same error in the past week, but I didn't have time to track it down - I assumed that it was a specific service causing a problem.  Looks like it's something else.  Hopefully Luke will have time to have a quick look.

We recently updated SIO a few days ago, but with the exception making 'has frequency' a sub-property of 'has measurement value' (and the same for their inverses) all other changes should have been cosmetic. i could revert back to see if that's the cause?

Does anyone working on to fix the SHARE error-1 issue? I am stuck in experiment because of this. I will appreciate if any from admins take step to fix this global issue. Thanks

That is an Ext.js error that means a polling request is timing out, but the SHARE-side log you've posted seems to indicate that the query finished successfully (although couldn't find any matching services, so it wouldn't have returned any answers…) Can you try your query with the command-line client (https://code.google.com/p/sadi/wiki/SHAREClient)?

I can't attempt to reproduce your error myself and obtain a more detailed log that might indicate what's wrong because I don't have the query you used (the link you've give that seems like it should provide it doesn't work; i.e.: https://code.google.com/p/bionlp-sadi/w/lis). Also, if you've got a custom registry setup, I'll need that, too, so that I can access the same services you are using.

Cheers,

Luke
