Look at the following samsara bhantham
Body of the churches has a higher body “elected democratically (hope so)” and the elected house of the pope will give saint hood.
If the elected body “house of the pope” refuses to give saint hood, then they are not saint. For example Mother Theresa is not saint hooded.
But which body has given the sainthood for Thiruvilluvar?
This is the difference between west and the east. It is inside out and not outside in.
