Landscaping

I am very dissatisfied with the landscaping decisions and the quality of the work. Crabapple’s crew used a string trimmer in parts of the yard instead of a small mower, left some areas uncut, and left the rest of the lawn uneven and patchy.

 

I do not know the name of the company installing the pine straw because the trucks have no lettering. However, the new pine straw does not appear fresh. This afternoon, we noticed that our azalea bush was wilting and discovered it had been broken off and placed back into the pine straw. We are paying for landscaping services but are receiving substandard results.

 

I understand that the Board of Directors may not have a solution at this time, but I wanted to make you aware that I am not satisfied.
