HOA ACCOUNT STATUS

Hi Tori-

My account balance shows $242 due. It is the first time I’ve not gotten my account credited on time.

My payments are sent on schedule each month.

I am attaching my bank statement showing payment sent. But not cashed. Could you please check for a misplaced payment as this is unusual.

Please advise how I can rectify this immediately and have the late fee waived. This has not happened before.

Her account shows that in January and February payments were received on the 12th each time. Payments are due on the 1st and past due after the 10th, she was not charged a late fee for either of those months. Her bank statement shows she wants the payments sent on the 3rd of the month.  Perhaps she should change the date with her bank since they cannot guarantee we receive payment by the 10th due to check being mailed thru USPS.  I’ll approve the forgiveness one time so please advise her.
