I assume and certainly hope that you will collectively get in touch with ACS and explain how Saddlebrook has handled this age verification in prior years, through a simple affirmation by signature that there is at least one owner in each household that is 55 years or older. 

To avoid another round of homeowner uproar please get in front of this quickly.
