Scott and all Board Members,
On May 8, 2026 when the initial ACS email arrived about this 'age audit' subject I emailed you all via
saddlebro...@googlegroups.com, asking you get in touch with ACS and explain how Saddlebrook has handled this age verification in prior years, through a simple affirmation/affidavit by signature that there is at least one owner in each household that is 55 years or older. Heather was involved in managing that process
within the community.
I ended my May 8th email by asking you to please get in front of this quickly to avoid another round of homeowner discontent (which is already brewing based on emails and verbal questions that I am receiving). To date I haven't seen any community-wide, or even personal response to me from any Board members. That is disappointing at best.
It is unreasonable to require anyone to send Personally Identifying Information (PII) through unencrypted email.
To be perfectly clear about my position, I will NEVER send PII through unencrypted email.
I will gladly affirm locally (as was done in 2024) that I have not gotten younger since the last audit that Heather collected via signed affidavits, and that my wife and I both still occupy 2346 KCD as our primary residence.
