Last week at Saddlebrook we began mowing of turf around the community and received feedback from our initial roll out of mowing from David. To help address the concerns with mowing I have put together our growing season plan for the community. We will be back to mowing this week and utilizing the feedback from this first occurrence to better our service and communication with the community.  This week we will be mowing all homes Front and Back around the community in addition to the common areas. Paying extra details to the blowing of homes after we have completed the mowing of turf and ensure we are leaving the property clean and tidy.

 

Please see attached plan which breaks down our production of the property during this 2026 growing season.

Phase 1 will be mowed on Thursday and pruned in 3^rd and 4^th week of the month.

Phase 2 will be mowed on Fridays and pruned in 1^st and 2^nd week of the month.

Hardline/Soft lines will rotate between each week

Spraying of weeds will rotate between Phase 1 and 2 each week.
