Thanks for this information.

The HOA should notify Shirlene Lewis at 2786 Knob Creek Drive of the leash law. She walks her five unleashed dogs on the greenspace multiple times a day. Shock collars are not a valid substitue for tethers and leashes, and hey do not keep the dogs offf neighboring properties.

Thanks,
Sheena Mayrant

It has come to our attention that we have residents who do not leash their dogs when walking the neighborhood.  It is required that all dogs must be leashed (max 6 feet) or under strict voice control on their owner’s property, according to Gwinnett County ordinance Section 10-71.  In addition, all dogs in public spaces, including parks, must be leashed, except in designated off-leash areas.  Violations can result in fines up to $1,000 and potential imprisonment. Please be mindful of your neighbors when walking your dog(s) and leash them accordingly.

As of April 27, our Rules and Regulations have been changed to permit the installation of different grass species besides Bermuda.  If you would like to add another grass species to your Lot, then you still must submit a landscaping request.  However, now, your request can be considered.

Recently, we learned that several youths were seen congregating on the pickleball court.  While there was no incident, residents are reminded that our amenities are primarily for residents and their occasional guests.  Moreover, the pickleball court is for pickleball play only.  Please be mindful of these rules when using our facilities."

Thanks,
Scott
