Hi Tori-
I brought this matter to your attention earlier when I noticed in the portal that my payment was not applied as is customary with my automated bill pay.
You requested proof of payment and I replied immediately showing that my bank sent the payment on the same day it normally does each month. You’d also advised that you were backed up on mail.
It appears that the check was found and applied since the late pay e-mail of today which I’m hereby responding to ; however, I’m being charged a penalty.
Could you please remove the $22 penalty as a courtesy? I have changed the bill payment to go out late in the month for the following month so as to avoid “snail mail” action. This is the first time I’ve had any issues with my payments arriving on time, but I don’t like being delinquent in my financial obligations.
