Late Fee

Dear Tori and Honorable Board Members,

This morning I received the attached invoice showing that I owe a $22, late fee.

I see that you received and posted my February payment on 2/10 (which I sent through my banks bill pay system on 1/29) and you posted my March payment 3/11 ( I schedule that  payment on 3/2.

I guess you are charging me another $22 because you didn't post it till 3/11. That is 9 days later. Even my mortgage company gives a 15 day grace period. I suppose there is no grace here.

If I charged $22 for every month that has gone by where nothing has been done on my front yard broken sewer clean out that the landscapers broke last August. (I sent Tori an email with photos of the damage on 8/5/25). I would bill the HOA or Atlanta Communities $154.00.

I'll pay the $22 and start sending my HOA fee to be sent 15 days before the 1st of the month.

This is the type of pettiness that I had hoped would be avoided in such a neighbor as Saddlebrook.

If you don't get somebody to fix this broken clean out I'll hire somebody to fix it and send You the bill.

Waiver was given in January to this resident  and it’s a one time per year waiver. If the resident doesn’t schedule payment until after the first of the month there is no guarantee the USPS  will deliver before the tenth.

Yes cuz the board approved only 1 time a year and we waived her fee in January.
