I am so happy with this pattern! It fits true to size and is a high quality pattern. The bottom of the button placket is a bit tricky - similar level of difficulty as a zip fly. I am a petite sewist and love the amount of ease in this pattern, it's got enough room to move comfortably without being a super oversized fit like many jumpsuit patterns.

The Clyde Jumpsuit is a great all-purpose jumpsuit with large, crescent-shaped pockets spanning the side of the jumpsuit leg. Unique, three-panel design results in vertical seams along the center front and back of each leg in addition to the inseam, allowing for limitless fit adjustments and style changes. Use this classic, building-block jumpsuit as a jumping-off point for a variety of wardrobe staples that will serve you well for years.

Intermediate difficulty. Suitable for patient beginners. This pattern requires understitching, topstitching, and the insertion of bias bindings. Choose from US Sizes XXS-4XL and three length options with varying torso and inseam measurements.

Your digital content is accessible from your account page (you'll also receive a link via e-mail immediately after purchase). All your files will be stored there for lifetime access. Each pattern comes with "Print at Home" and "Print at Copy Shop" options. Download the correct PDF for your desired print option!

Once you've downloaded your pattern PDF, you can go straight to printing, or you can use the layers feature to select specific sizes to print. All patterns include this feature, as well as the ability to toggle cutting and seam lines for effortless pattern adjustments.

For Print at Home patterns, you'll assemble the tiled pages using the straightforward tiling guides. Once your pattern is assembled, you can cut directly from the taped-together pages, or you can trace the pattern onto a larger sheet of paper.

My patterns have been in production and sold as finished garments for nearly a decade. I know these silhouettes work, I've made them in a myriad of different fabrics, I've incorporated years of customer fit and wear feedback over time, and thousands of folks have purchased and worn these styles, so you know they'll stand the test of time.

I relish in finding beauty and joy in small doses everywhere I can, and our detailed, thorough instructions for each pattern are no exception. They are designed to be inspiring and fun to look at as you sew through our styles, and hopefully return to them again and again.

Pattern files are constantly improving based on customer feedback and my own experience, and every pattern purchase gains you automatic access to the the most current, updated version. The digital file delivery system is designed to make this process seamless and super easy.

I'd been wanting to try this pattern for awhile, but the high price led me to wait until I was very certain I wanted to make this investment. I'm still in the process of making the jumpsuit, and while there's many pros, there's also a few strong cons.

Hi Sana, I would try to find a stretch crepe to use, since this pattern relies on stretch for the over the shoulder detail. If you want to attempt this with a non stretch fabric, I suggest measuring the pattern and choosing your size based on that. A test muslin is essential, as you may find you need to revise the pattern in order to get your arm through the loop, or add ease on the shoulder feature for movement.

The great thing about making your own using a jumpsuit sewing pattern is that you can lengthen and shorten the pattern as needed for your personal measurements. You can always draft your own jumpsuit pattern of course, but not everyone feels comfortable doing so.

Both views feature an elasticated waistband and a darted bodice that can be wrapped around the waist or tied in a bow at the front. The wide leg jumpsuit comes with inseam pockets and finishes at the ankle, while the dress has an A Line skirt finishing below the knee.

The Avenir Jumpsuit has an easy, comfortable fit. It is designed for woven fabrics. Choose a fabric that feels good on your skin as this jumpsuit covers most of your body. You will get a different look depending on the type of fabric you select. It looks great in linen, rayon challis, and wovens with a bit of drape. Avoid anything that is too stiff or heavy.

This very stylish jumpsuit features a cross-over blouson bodice with tucks falling from the shoulder line, into the channelled elastic waistline. This pant has no side seams. Optional welt pockets and a false fly.

When I launched the Sallie Jumpsuit sewing pattern, a few of you were keen to make a romper variation. It was one of those *bang head against desk* moments, because a romper hadn't even occurred to me (pattern tunnel vision - it's a thing!) Had I not had my head up my butt, I definitely would have included a romper pattern variation, since y'all know I like to drown you with options. Needless to say, it's basically the easiest hack in the world, and I zipped up this cobalt number to test it out. I've been cruising around town in it every since.

This has turned out to be the perfect summer something; easy to throw on, lightweight, and with enough fabric in between the legs to prevent the dreaded summer "thigh chafe of misery". Tomorrow I'll be sharing a tutorial on the super easy changes you'll need to make to the pattern to crank out your own romper, along with that knit binding tutorial I promised later in the week.

A jumpsuit mixes style + comfort, making it a must-have in any wardrobe. Addie adds an exotic touch with its cropped, roomy grown on sleeves. Your waist is elegantly cinched: the straps seem to visually start from the front and wrap around the jumpsuit as much as you like. Even more freedom of choice: both the sleeves and the trousers can be made longer or just shorter according to your taste.

A very useful pattern which I will make again. The instructions are very clear with pictures and explanation. If only all patterns were as clear as these.
The sizes were great too, very happy customer.???

The caladium jumpsuit is an easy beginner friendly pattern that works in many different fabrics. It can worn over a swimsuit for a day at the beach or over a sweater and tights. It has large armholes so it can be paired with the frilliest of shirts.

I love your jumpsuit, and I think a more drapey fabric will make it a stand-out. Also, I know many women have ditched the shoulder pad, but I think a slight boost at the shoulder will give you some balance. My motto: Shoulder pads are your friend!

Thankyou Jess for your contribution to this great community. This is a great review of a pattern that I had been watching for a while. I have made their Kubuko top this winter and surely enjoy the funky vibe to their patterns. I bought some rayon linen this morning in a lovely and cool textured plum color. I was going to muslin first but based on your success I think I will just blaze ahead and give this a go. Your is lovely but I think you should be watching for the right fabric in a great color.

I made the jumpsuit using a new-to-me fabric. It is Meet Milk Smooth Drape Twill in Mauve. The material is a medium-weight woven twill made with TENCEL Lyocell and features a gorgeously fluid drape with a smooth, soft finish.

To make this adorable jumpsuit, I combined the bodice and neck line of my Darling Daisy dress with the Kudzu Coverall bottom and added an elastic band around the bottom. There are no closures in the outfit at all, you get in and out of it through the elastic at the neck. She loves that she can dress herself in the outfit, but it could still just as easily have the snap crotch option of the Kudzu for those in diapers.
