Standard wording for a framework contract document

Dear SADC Colleagues,

Lesotho would like those countries that run long term supply contracts (framework contracts) to share with them the standard wording of their contract. They would like to issue long term contracts but are not so sure about the correct wording.

Mr Teboho Khetsekile has already sent an email to this discussion forum asking Botswana to assist but all other countries issuing framework contracts should kindly come in and assist our Lesotho colleagues on the request. You can send the standard wording either through the moderator or directly to Mr Khetsekile's email address.
