Apprenticeship Meetup in Sacramento

Hello Apprenticeship friends.

 

Inspired by the Apprenticeship Meetup organized by Vinz Kohler and others in the Bay Area, I thought that it would be appropriate to start another version here in Sacramento. With that in mind, please consider yourself invited to the inaugural Apprenticeship Sacramento Meetup. Because summer is on the way and the river looks great, our first meeting will be at Crawdad’s on the River on June 13^th from 5-7pm. There will be no band playing that night so should be reasonably uncrowded early in the evening.

 

This will be a monthly, informal but somewhat organized, no host, after work opportunity to talk about Apprenticeship, make connections in the region and build momentum to increase the availability of Apprenticeship training programs in the area.

 

In order to participate, you’ll need to create a Meetup account if you don’t already have one. This will allow me to organize the events outside of my work email, thanks in advance.

 

Bring your ideas, potential employers, friends, and problems to solve, and we will crowd-source solutions to expand Apprenticeship.
