Hello all,

This is a reminder about the regional industry meetings coming up.

I want to extend an invitation to one of the regional industry focus group meetings hosted at various locations listed below.  These meetings are focused on addressing the immediate employment needs for manufacturing companies throughout the region.  We ask that you review the information presented and provide your input on gaps in skills, courses, and programs throughout the region in order to generate a series of action plans we can execute as a region.  

Please forward this invitation to other manufacturing companies you have in your network.

  • May 30 - Grass Valley (Nevada County Tech Connection)
  • June 4 - Rocklin (Sierra College)
  • June 6 - Placerville (Folsom Lake College Satellite Center)
Also, please consider sending another person to represent your company if you are not personally available.  Having multiple perspectives and points of view are instrumental for colleges to be able to support as many businesses in the community as possible.
