6th Annual Grow Manufacturing Expo   Once again, manufacturers from Northern California will showcase their technology and products at California State University, Chico on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 pm. in the Bell Memorial Union Auditorium. Held the day before National Manufacturing Day, the 6th Grow Manufacturing Expo will focus on education and career opportunities for students and job seekers.   While the expo is not a job fair, each manufacturer displays a “job board” listing typical occupations within that company and the educational requirements for each occupation.   Manufacturers & Suppliers Exhibiting at the Grow Manufacturing Expo is a chance to inspire and recruit the next generation of manufacturers. Meet potential qualified employees/interns and show students why manufacturing is important and fun.   Deadline to register: September 6   Students The Grow Manufacturing Expo is an opportunity to meet potential employers and learn more about the local companies that are hiring.
