LexmarkReturn Programme Imaging Units are patented devices that are sold at a special price subject to the restriction that the imaging unit may be used only once. Following the initial use, the customer agrees to return the imaging unit only to Lexmark for remanufacture and/or recycling. The Return Programme imaging units are designed to stop working once they reach their respective rated life (as established by Lexmark). If the customer does not accept these terms, replacement imaging units sold without these terms are available at

I don't know what is the difference between toner cartridge and image drum. Given that I need to print only documents, so I may not need the color toners. Could someone please explain simply, and which one should I choose. Thank you very much.
Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.Just for information some technical information is protected by HP and is not allowed to be answered. This is unfortunate and you will have to contact a HP repair shop for the help in this case.I will try and explain. The drum unit is the part where the image is created by electric charge and the toner is retracted to that charged image before it gets printed onto the paper. So without toner there will be no image. The toner is the black ink that is printed on the paper. The drum is just the part that helps to create the image for printing.Hope this will help.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I still don't understand. I'm sorry that I'm completely clueless. I see that the prices of toner cartridge and image drum are about the same, but image drum can print much more pages. So, I just want to which one should I buy, given that I print only documents, black texts.

Hi, I am considering buying an HP M118dw laser mono printer. I note that it uses an HP 94A o rHP 94X toner cartridge but also the HP 32A Imaging drum. Does the printer need both the 94 and the 32 in situ in order to function?
Units that show both a drum/imaging unit and toner require both. For years the standard setup for HP Printers was a single unit that contained both. Some of the newer small units are now using a two piece system, like Brother and Lexmark have for years.
We have a Samsung M267x 287x Series printer. As per my past experience with monochrome laser printers, we refill the toner which is rated 3k 4 times and then get a new toner. Reason, a new toner costs 40$ vs a refill that costs 4$.
Under machine settings in the web-utility, I can force the printer to keep printing. Coming to the main question, is it safe to run a 9k imaging untill 12k or should I stop printing and get the new imaging unit?
Clover Imaging's Remanufactured Xerox B600 Extra High Yield cartridges have a higher page yield compared to the standard B600. This translates to increased productivity and cost savings, making it ideal for Managed Print Services environments and customers looking for a better cost per page.

We were Clover customers a long time ago and left because of a poor rep. Meeting and working with David renewed our faith in the Clover team and made us loyalist again. We are happy with our service and applaud David on his quick resolution of helping us fix any problems as they arise.
We recently lost our Parts Coordinator so the Field Service Mgr. and I are filling in. There are certain procedures that we are still learning or unaware of and Stephanie has made it easy for us to find the correct information or procedure in a very prompt and professional manner. We are pleased to work with Stephanie. Her advice for us on one certain procedure started paying off just hours later on another order we placed.
Thanks for providing outstanding customer service. Clover Imaging Group is very knowledgeable in the Federal Government space we are in. Thanks to their help we are in full compliance and have been able to increase sales to the government on our GSA MAS. We appreciate how responsive they are to special quote requests and have been able to win more business because of it.
Beth has been my primary sales rep for years, and her attention to detail and her ability to provide awesome programs for my customers, is what keeps me at Clover. She is a wonderful advocate! I look forward to continuing my relationship with Beth!
Clover's senior management is a fair-dealing and reseller-supportive one. It shows in every nuance. The sales, support, and MPS system teams are hard-working and actually care about outcomes. Recent example: Julie offered up a perfect solution to a dilemma. We needed to get a pallet of printers to a customer site in 3 days or fewer in advance of an installation. She was able to get the printers out that same afternoon via GROUND UPS and get them there on time and on budget. Outstanding, smart, cooperative.
Beth has been an absolute joy to work with over the years. Her passion for the industry is second to none and internal need to make sure we are taken care of has made us feel like we receive world class service. In addition, over the years we have had a few different customer support reps and none have done as good of a job as Matthew.
