greetings urban agriculturalists!

do you have an abundance of garden stuff that you'd like to not put in the landfill and get out of your space? why not share it!

when we give stuff away, we allow for it to become new again through the eyes of another.  the best part? when we engage in reciprocity, everyone benefits and gets 'new' stuff!  when we connect and exchange (ideas or stuff), the outcome is equal to more than just the sum of the parts. isn't that neat?

doesn't that want to make you want to share this email with a friend

but you need to know the details first.

how this works - bring treats from garden, seeds, plants, tools, books, plantable containers, cookware, art: anything urban agriculture related that you no longer desire to own. i'll bring a cloth we can set all our stuff on. then we go around in a circle and pick until the stuff is new again!  (if anyone has a better way of facilitating this exchange, please share).

when & where - monday, april 8th, six o'clock in the evening. the circle in the middle of the rock garden at land park, in between the amphitheater, pond, and fairytale town. there is ample parking and there are plenty of flowers.  (this is just an idea, please let me know if you would rather do another time or place).

after we exchange, i'd like to briefly talk about next steps for the sacramento urban agriculture alliance, including how we could be a part of the earth day celebration at southside park.

if you have any questions, comments, ideas, criticism or love to share, please contact me.

with all the joy of a blooming flower,
