I know the FAA and CAA don't like drones too much.

But somebody should take a survey of how many
traditional model plane pilots care for drones, and
see it as just giving their long standing hobby
a bad name.

I saw a van the other day with "Drone specialists" and DJI repairs
written on it,
I believe there is also a group who have organized themselves somewhat.

I totally agree Lennard. Drones do have some commercial benefits. However in the wrong hands they will cause lots of problems for us model airplane enthusiasts. The aviation authorities will eventually have to get involved and exercise some control over their operation. Mind you also that model airplanes of all sizes can also be rigged for the same purpose so quadopters, helicoptesr or fixed wing r.c. aircraft will all be affected. If you check out U tube you will see them being weaponised.
Just my thoughts .

Bobby.

This a DRAFT for possible new regulations from the TTCAA on unmanned aircrafts. Take a look.
