Christmas Fun Fly- further explanation of event 2

For Event #2 (lucky 7) flyer will have to roll two dice and get 7
before he can start his engine and roll 7 again after landing and
touching his plane.

Clock starts at the beginning of rolling dice for take off
and stops after touching plane and rolling 7 again.
