Hey guys, we need to meet up sometime and discuss officers and their positions sooner rather than later. I have to submit who will be representing out club at Nuts and Bolt this year. If we don't have volunteers, we don't have a club.

The following is the email I received from SOAL. Let me know if you're available please!

Hey Will,

We have not received a reply from you regarding who your officers will be this year (President, Treasurer, Safety, Travel). Please, send that information ASAP. Your officers will need to register for the SO&L Leadership Conference that will be held August 26^th in the University Union. This is a great way to ask questions and gain knowledge so you are able to turn in paperwork correct and completed throughout the year and are more aware of possible money making opportunities for your club. If you look at the email below, Josh has explained how you and your officers can enroll for the conference. We will have training sessions to inform you and your officers of all the necessary information you all will need in order for your club to run efficiently this upcoming year. The following is our current schedule for Sport Club training sessions during the conference:

President Training – 10am

Travel Officer Training – 12pm

Safety Officer Training– 2pm

Treasurer Training – 2pm

Those who attend the entire conference will receive their Nuts and Bolts at the end so they will not be required to attend Nuts and Bolts during the semester. Your intended officers should plan on staying for the whole conference which is from 9am-5pm. Please read the email below, send us the information for your officers and register for the Leadership Conference. If you have any questions, let me know.
