For Discounted and Choreo Tickets

Now that you have got each of your hostel's tickets,please distribute
asap.We will be giving you 2 days,after which we would be collecting
back the left out ones from you.

While distributing please make sure:

*They present their ID cards,and they write their names on the space
provided.NO negligience on this part.In case of a folly,the respective
SAC sec 'dances/faces' DISCO.

*Write down the ticket serial number besides their names (Some secs
have cribbed,but please do this).Tracking the flow of tickets becomes
much easier,in case of an error.

*Make them sign on the sheet.

Also,please GET THE HOSTEL STAMP AND WARDEN'S SIGN ON EACH OF THE
SHEETS WHICH YOU ARE USING ASAP.We have given another set of list to
the hostel offices ,but that is for their purpose.
