REGARDING TICKET DISTRIBUTION

The schedule for the distribution of non discounted tickets have been
finalised.Please look into the details of your respective hostels and
get in contact with the assigned ticket sales coord.their contacts are
given below:

VERY IMPORTANT :::PUT UP IP's INFORMING YOUR HOSTEL JUNTA ABOUT THE
TIMINGS.ONLY AT THAT SLOT WILL THEY BE ENTERTAINED.

@Ganga,Jamuna,Mahanadi : I am putting up two different
schedules,taking in the fact that we might get one more stall for
distribution i.e. Ganga Mess.Put the IP's ASAP,after talking to your
respective Coords for confirmation of your slot.

Yeah 2 slots per hostel.and ONLY during that slot can they come.

Also inform them,that it is compulsory for them to BRING THEIR IDENTITY CARDS AND CASH CARD.

Distribution of discounted tickets and Choreo Nite tickets will be done by the respective SAC secs in their hostels.They will be given a span of two days for that.
