Ticket Sales Meeting@Basera,10pm tommorow (9.01.10)

We would be having a meeting at 10 pm at basera ,tommorow i.e 9th
Jan..All the SAC secs are required to be present.Details regarding the
ticket sales will be discussed.One of the ticket sales core,Rohit
(Fattu) will also be there.So please be present and be on time.[Junta
who has any severe and genuine problem regarding the timing,please
respond to this post ASAP]

     I will be out of station on 9th Jan and my ticket is also booked, I will be back to insti on 10 Jan evening. So,can we have meeting on 10th Jan nite??

I have talked to the core about your situation,and it has been decided
that the meeting be held on 11th Jan instead,9:30 pm at basera.please
find time for it and do come(no further changes).It wont be a long
meeting.
