Looks good.

 

We need to work on

both side validation. i.e.

1.       Birth Date check

2.       Year is missing from Title.

3.       Blood group should be a combo box(list)

4.       Current Class should be a combo box(list)

5.       Country should be by default India.

 

Tab order of fields, need to be synchronized.

 

QR code reader, I have Logitech Camera(VGA) so unable to test it. It supports PDF on my machine.

 

If you share code and pages with Sujata(Sorry if I spelled wrongly) Madam she can start for server side validation.

 

Can we meet on 15^th ?

This is not error. Its warning message for those using IE which i have put it as an alert.(debug  mode)

I've to remove it and put at Top of page.

Yes you are right ! we have to work on both validations

I've put Client-side validation for most of the fields, using jquery (Try keeping First name Empty)

we need to discus once about how to have validation for some fields.

We'll also need the pages for OLD browsers.

1.       Birth Date check - (Date is validated now but its not checked on server for Age validation!)

2.       Year is missing from Title. - I didn't get this (does it mean academic year on form title?)

3.       Blood group should be a combo box(list) - I'll do it

4.       Current Class should be a combo box(list) - I'll do it

5.       Country should be by default India. - I'll do it

The reason i'm not sharing code is because i'm doing some completion from my side

I'm trying to standardize it so that u all can follow the same framework.

even i was thinking of using YII MVC framework.

but it will take time.

Dear Parents (SACS IT)

It gives me immense pleasure to proudly declare that our online Admission Process was a Big Success.

The credit goes to the team who conceived it from the scratch and implemented it with great professionalism and perfection.

The feedbacks from the people were very positive and marvelous.

This new venture had made many people lives easy and more so of the school.
