The page layout is simple and looks good, we should use it. To fit in all the contents within the Noticeboard or Recent Events, might need to provide an option to open more details in a separate window.

For managing the contents, atleast for those that needs to be edited very often like 1. Noticeboard, 2. Recent Events etc we should have a provision to post/edit it without much of difficulty/disturbing the original layout/format.  I would suggest to make use of a content management system which the service provider offers to manage the contents. I see the current service provider (http://www.dhost.com/open-source-hosting) has options like wordpress, joomla, Drupal etc.

Actually my net was not working frm last two days so i was working on

the template without knowing all above inputs. home page is almost ready.

Please take a look at it n let me know how much its close to your expectations. 

It might me worst. but please feel free to put comment & suggestions to improve it.

Also height of banner could be a case of reduction along with area for notification , event.. etc.

I think.. little scroll is ok kamlesh.!

No scroll will not look good on wide screens and

horizontal mobiles. 

are yar ..! scroll can be solved anytime by reducing margins space.

there are lot more things i changed. i need feedback abt it.

how abt:

1) new popups

2) complete new menu. responsive.

3) input boxes

4) a signature rainbow at top, below top menu.

5) new content slider

There are lot more thing behind, soon will be visible in other pages.

Hello Rajendra Sir,

New Menu and a signature rainbow at top (below top menu.) is really nice, gives new professional nice look.

Only thing I feel is that immediately when user opens the page there is too much motion (movement) on the page.

Of course its not a thumb rule but usually we should not provide 2/3 moving objects on one page - It reduces the readability also not give  professional look.

My suggestion is to keep the banner moving (but little slow) and in 'Recent event' block - firstly we should provide the block with resent most single event along with 'Read/see More link' which will open separate page (not popup) for the same.

Of course this is my view point, you can add your thoughts to it.
