Our experience of creating a queue outside school for getting admission early chilled morning will not be experience with other parent who wishes to get admission into school. Understanding Parents pain,  school along with us have developed this system to stream line the process and use technology at its service. I humbly request you all to navigate through the system and provide your valuable feedback The link will take you to site is http://sacs.chakshas.org/index.php   Below are few steps to go into the application. Note: The System sends the email & SMS in realtime, do not use randome email id or mobile number. Use your own personal information for testing!  1. Visit the above link 2. On top menu click for either nursery or KG 3. You will be asked to read the terms and condition 4. Scrolling down there will take you to a check box "I agree", you have to check it. 5. Click the "I agree terms and condition" 7. You will be allowed to fill in the details. 8. Navigate through all 3 stages, Click Submit button, you will get the application successfully submitted message with registration Id and password. Please remember it for further usage 9 Login with these details! You can click the print button to view and download the form. 10. Hi Kamlesh Sir,

I have started to testing our admission Form site (Nursery Form).

 

1. I have selected the 'I Agree' Checkbox, 'Submit Form' button is not getting activated in the last page. But only button is getting activated if I unselect the checkbox.

2. I have filled the Captcha details and submitted the form. But I get the error message saying " Incorrect Captcha Security Code entered! "

Please refer the attached file (Captua.PNG)

 

But I haven't filled any other required data. Just I have filled only Captua details and trying to Submit.

I'm getting this complaint of Submit form button from random peoples...

Its working fine on Google Chrome and IE8+

Which version/browser you using????

So this means i've to change the math captcha to text captcha... I've selected math captcha, as alphanumeric captcha are 

difficult to decipher...!

R we ready with the final 'Go' for online admission process?
We have to put up dates etc., on the net and give finishing touches for the project as January is fast approaching and parents are pouring in lot of queries about the date, mode, etc.

You can announce the Admission dates ... We'll do the website transfer and other formalities after discussion wth u. We'll complete all necessary final steps for software up to 31st  evening...!

So that we can launch our new website and Admission system page on New year!

I tried a few times checking even the audio. But not getting thru

Hello Sir,

I tried it, looks you need to enter the result of the arithmetic problem seen as a captcha (eg if the captcha is  "4-3", you would need to enter "1"). Someone mentioned about this and believe Rajendra mentioned he would change it.
