Or could it also be the energy, the spirit, the having something beyond us move through us, the challenge, the ritual, the ordeal, the initiation,the healing, the trance, and/or the vision?
SACRED BDSM & ENERGY KINKY: I believe that the thoughts we bring, the intention, consciousness, & presence we bring, are even more important than what we do. Consciousness & intention are the foundation of the sacred.
SACRED BDSM can include:

THE TANTRIC SHAMANIC THERAPEUTIC KINK INTENSIVE for Deep Divers & Professional Players.
October 3 - 6th, 2019 ~ Space Limited to 9
This Intensive is designed for those WHO ALREADY have some background in Kink/BDSM.
We will NOT be reviewing BDSM vocabulary nor, basic concepts in Kink/BDSM.

The Intensive is draws its teachings from:
~Shamanism ~ Tantra ~ Psychology ~ Neurobiology ~ Sexology
~Taoism ~ Somatics ~ Recovery from Trauma ~ Modern Kink/BDSM
We will be delving into how the toys, tools and techniques of BDSM can be utilized to design Scenes or Sessions:
For shamanic ritual
For psychological healing
For recovery from trauma
For release of shame
For initiation
For healing from grieving
For letting go of the past
For vision quest
To reclaim personal power
To transform our lives
To enhance our capacity to achieve success
To engage in a shamanic process of death and rebirth
We will also be covering how Tantra, Psychology, Somatics, and Sexology can be combined with a knowledge of Kink/BDSM to:
Bridge differences when only one partner in a couple identifies as kinky
Deepen intimacy and heart opening in any Scene/Session
Expand the healing energy in every Scene/Session
Enhance the energetic connection in Kink/BDSM
Help players, partners or clients identify which fantasies to explore, which fantasies to celebrate, which fantasies to heal, and which fantasies have shamanic messages from the soul.
Design Scenes/Sessions based on the Neurobiology (hormones) produced.
Understand Desires based on the Neurobiology (hormones) produced.
Help you counsel/coach (without judgment nor shame) individuals or couples who engage (or want to engage) in Kink/BDSM.
It is suggested that you prepare for the Intensive by having participated in BDSM/Kink for at least a year, and/or have taken foundational classes in sensation play (such as flogging, spanking, rope etc) and have established familiarity with the following:

Both airports have a Subway/BART station that goes directly to the El Cerrito Del Norte BART.
From the EL CERRITO DEL NORTE BART Station you can either:
Walk (12 Minutes to the house)
Take an Uber or Lyft
Or a taxi - they are waiting outside the BART station. For about $10
The Weather:
It's often cool, especially at night. You'll want a sweater or a jacket. Bring layers.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
There are 2 single floor futons, and 1 queen sofa bed in the temple where teaching takes place. This turns into a delicious sleep over. If you need more quiet or more space, you may wish to look into either:

www.airbnb.com (low cost) there are spaces within about 20 minutes with 1 or 2 beds for under $50 a night. So about $25/per person if both of you book the same space.

THURSDAY 2pm to 10pm
FRIDAY - SUNDAY 10am to 7pm
NOTE: Assistants arrive by 9:30am on Thursday
FOOD:
We will be potlucking during the day and having an option to go out to dinner together on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday nights. NOTE: There is a 45 minute break during the day but it is NOT long enough to go out to eat. IF YOU ARE COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN, you can order food to be delivered through Safeway.com, or Eat24 or Grubhub. OR some students with cars can take you out before or after class to get food to share. NO WORRIES! This always works out with ease and grace.
