Or his post-graduate degree in "Entire Political Science" (ref.: <https://images.app.goo.gl/XRjCS1VrF89p7Utp7>) -- the solitary example on this planet of anyone having any such degree! Just three examples out of hundreds(?).
But this time he appears to have just gone off his rocker. The lies are just not egregious, they're growing more and more ridiculous too. Just ridiculous. Almost laughable.
"जब गीदड़ की मौत आती है तो वह शहर की ओर भागता है(!)”?
Or a desperate bid to deflect attention from the Prajjwal Revanna sexual assaults and porn videos case (look up: <https://twitter.com/therantinggola/status/1784862830178525449> and <https://x.com/IAmAarav8/status/1788077251998687477>). And, not to forget, it came on top of the eventual unearthing of the by far the largest loot and extortion scam by a ruling party in Independent India: The Electoral Bonds scheme (ref.: <https://www.youtube.com/live/CJaChHd_kH8>).
It, arguably, started with the claim that, if victorious, Congress would snatch away the Mangalsutras of Hindu women in order to give away to Muslims (who are (all) infiltrators). That's what the Congress manifesto says. That's what he claimed in Rajasthan on April 22 (look up: <https://youtu.be/SRk6_kZSre0>). Three days thereafter he, in MP and UP, would claim that Rahul Gandhi would deploy X-ray machines to locate and dig out hidden wealth of ordinary Hindus (look up: <https://www.ndtv.com/india-news/shehzadas-x-ray-machine-will-scan-for-mangalsutra-pm-modi-jabs-rahul-gandhi-5523353>). The next day, in West Bengal, the story would be further touched up to claim that an X-ray machine has indeed been imported from abroad for this very purpose (ref.: <https://www.theweek.in/news/india/2024/04/26/cong-has-brought-x-ray-machine-from-abroad-to-scan-public-assets-will-give-a-share-to-its-vote-bank-modi.amp.html>)!
Before proceeding further, let's have a closer look.
These claims are ridiculous at least three levels.
First, in this process the statement attributed to the former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, while in office, is a gross distortion of facts. Second, The Congress manifesto does not contain any proposal, even by the furthest stretch, to snatch away ordinary people's wealth, let alone women's Mangalsutra or even jewelry. In fact it does not talk of taking away assets of anybody -- just anybody. Despite some radical noises. Nor it talks of any X-ray machine, let alone deploying these to dig out hidden wealth. It, however, categorically promises to carry out caste survey and asset survey to find the concerned numbers and the current profile of asset distribution across various caste groups. The term "X-ray" is used as a metaphor and as a shorthand for these penetrative surveys that would unearth key features of obtaining social inequities and actual ground realities. The precise words in the Manifesto are: "Congress will conduct a nation-wide Socio-Economic and Caste Census to enumerate the castes and sub-castes and their socio-economic conditions. Based on the data, *we will strengthen the agenda for affirmative action* [emphasis added]." (Ref.: <https://indianexpress.com/elections/congress-manifesto-lok-sabha-polls-2024-full-text-9252838/>.) The Manifesto, to be sure, in no way talks of taking away someone's wealth and giving it to someone else -- let alone from Hindus to Muslims. Its focus is, unmistakably, on castes -- the OBCs, in particular. It, thus, talks emphatically of strengthening various mechanisms of "affirmative actions". And then the third. When he is repeatedly talking of "Char Sau Paar", i.e. winning more than four hundred seats out of the total 543, how come the question of Congress victory is at all arising!!!? So very incongruous!
Be that as it may, then in Banaskantha in Gujarat, on May 1st, he went a step even further claiming, apart from mouthing a number of other lies, that if the Congress comes to power, it will, as provided in its manifesto, will take away one of the two buffaloes that one is having on one's death. Modi, in Telangana, alleged that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi received “tempo loads” of black money from the country's two top industrialists Adani and Ambani after the 2024 Lok Sabha elections were announced and, as a result, he stopped criticising them. <<“I want to ask from Telangana soil, let the Shehzada announce, how much has been lifted from Ambani-Adani. Has tempo loads of money reached the Congress? Wonder of wonders, now Modi himself has effected a shift in focus from "Hindu-Muslim" to Adani (and Ambani)!!! A big own goal!
Is he too rattled, with too many skeletons in his as yet tightly shut cupboard, at the prospect of "Chakki Pissing, Pissing, aur Pissing" (ref.: <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mD_1ek4o2-c>) on losing power!?
Is Rahul Gandhi going to be put under arrest while the polling is still on based on this wild allegation!?
