This is a friendly reminder that you will be participating in this Thursday's (April 22) Earth Day event at Sacramento State sponsored by the Environmental Students Organization and Peace&Conflict International, in the University Library Quad.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reply to this email ASAP if you are in need of a daily parking pass for Thursday. All I need is the first and last name of each driver and the organization that you represent. Further parking information will be provided upon receipt of email request for parking pass.

Please arrive with your materials and volunteers between 9-10 am to set up. If you are not bringing your own table, a table and chairs will be set up for you by ESO volunteers and labeled with your organization's name. All booths will be centrally located on the quad, with food and music in the middle. Campus map: http://www.csus.edu/campusmap/

Boothing can begin as early as 10 am, but the event officially starts at 11 am and will run to 1:30 pm, with live music, food, games and giveaways.

  • Sacramento Tobacco Control: 1 table and chair will be provided by ESO
  • Field Biology Group: 2 chairs will be provided, space for one table
  • Donate Life CA : 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided by ESO
  • Peace and Conflict International: 1 table and 2 chairs provided
  • Women's Studies Student Association: 1 table and 2 chairs
  • ASI Recycling Committee: 1 table and 2 chairs, plus 2 booth spaces for CAER and Shred-It to set up
  • Green Student Alliance : 1 table and 2 chairs

  • Pick and Pull: 1 table and 2 chairs
  • *The WELL: space for two folding tables 
  • ENVS Department: 1 table and 2 chairs

  • *American Society of Civil Engineers: space for one booth and concrete canoe
  • *Competitive Robotics: space for one booth and robot demonstration
