help out a new Aquarist

dear Sacramento Aquarium Society,

I have a friend who is interested in a first aquarium, he wants to set up a crab tank after seeing one of my red claw crabs, but he has no equipment and i don't want to scar him away by, a big bill on the stuff, i was wondering if any members have and equipment the would not mind selling , i was looking for a 15 to 30 gallon tank, filters that are submersible, a heater, and a lid, easy plants and anything else for a first tank. I can pick it up next meeting.
