SureWest customers have been without email service for three days now

If you are sending emails to SureWest customers or expecting emails from us, please be advise that we have been without email service for three days now.

It all started with what was supposed to be a four-hour interruption on Sunday in order to implement some “enhancements” to the mail service, and it’s been out ever since.

The customer service line is also inoperative too.
